Paste the URL of the page or domain you want to analyse. The tool crawls it just like Googlebot, no login needed.
Select all links, external only or internal only. Set how many pages to crawl for targeted or deep-scan results.
The engine scans each page, extracting every link with anchor text, rel attribute (dofollow/nofollow/sponsored/ugc), and source URL.
Filter, sort and explore results live. Export a full CSV or text report for offline analysis or client reporting.
An outbound link is a link on your page that points to a different website. It is also called an external link or an outgoing link. An outbound link checker fetches a page and lists every link leaving it, along with the anchor text and the rel attribute that tells search engines how to treat it.
The rel attribute is what matters. A plain link is dofollow and passes authority to the target. A nofollow link passes none. Sponsored marks a paid placement and ugc marks user-generated content such as a forum post or a comment. Google treats selling links without one of those attributes as a link scheme, which is set out in its spam policies.
Outbound links point away from you. Inbound links, or backlinks, point at you. This tool reads the first kind.

| Attribute | Markup | Passes authority | Use it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dofollow | No rel needed | Yes | You are citing a source you genuinely trust and recommend |
| Nofollow | rel="nofollow" | No | You link somewhere you cannot vouch for or do not want to endorse |
| Sponsored | rel="sponsored" | No | The link is paid, affiliate or part of any commercial arrangement |
| UGC | rel="ugc" | No | The link came from a comment, a forum post or other user content |
| Internal | No rel needed | Yes | Always. Internal links spread authority around your own site |
Sponsored links are the expensive one to get wrong. Google's spam policies treat paid links without an attribute as a link scheme. Run this checker on your own pages to find any that slipped through.
Dofollow links pass ranking authority (PageRank) to the target. A healthy link profile should be primarily dofollow from authoritative, relevant sites.
Natural profiles have varied anchor text, brand name, URL, partial-match keywords. Over-optimised exact-match anchors are a red flag for Google's algorithms.
Links you give out matter too. Linking to toxic sites can hurt rankings. Use rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored" on paid links.
This free outbound link checker reads any page and lists every link leaving it. Enter a URL and it works as an external link checker and an outgoing link checker in one, showing the anchor text, the rel attribute and the target for each link, plus a breakdown of dofollow against nofollow. It runs online in your browser with no extension to install, no account and no daily limit worth worrying about, so you can audit a page whenever you want.
Most people never audit their outgoing links, and that is exactly why it is worth doing. Over 17+ years running SEO across 500+ projects, the two things I find on almost every site are affiliate links carrying no sponsored attribute, which Google treats as a link scheme. The other is links pointing at domains that expired years ago and now serve something else entirely. Neither shows up in a rankings report. Both are trivial to fix once you can see them, and impossible to fix while you cannot.
Set the crawl depth to check a whole site rather than one page, then export the CSV and work through anything pointing somewhere you would not vouch for. When you want the other direction, the sites linking to you, use the free backlink checker. To see how the page itself is built, run the free on-page SEO analyzer. Explore the full set of free SEO tools to cover the rest of your workflow.
Nothing is estimated here. The tool fetches the page from our own server, exactly as a search engine would, then reads the HTML and lists every anchor it finds. Anchor text, rel attribute and target URL are taken straight from the markup, so what you see is what is actually on the page. Pages are cached for one hour, which means a re-check right after an edit may show the previous version. Some sites block automated requests, and when that happens the tool tells you rather than guessing.

Launch ToolCommon questions about this free tool, answered clearly.
It fetches the page you enter and lists every link pointing out from it, both external links to other websites and internal links to your own pages. For each one you get the anchor text, the rel attribute (dofollow, nofollow, sponsored or ugc) and the target URL, and you can export the lot to CSV.
Outbound links point from your page to others, and this tool audits those. Backlinks point from other sites to you, and our free backlink checker handles those. Both matter, but they answer different questions: outbound links shape how search engines read your page, while backlinks act as votes from other sites.
Outbound links shape how search engines understand your page and where its authority flows. Links to low-quality or hacked sites can drag you down. Google also treats selling links without a nofollow or sponsored attribute as a link scheme. Linking out to a few trusted, relevant sources is normal and helps readers.
No, and you do not need one. This runs online in any browser with nothing to install, no permissions to grant and no account. A browser extension can only read the page you are currently sitting on, whereas this fetches any URL you type and can crawl up to 30 pages of a site in one go.
Yes. Set the pages to crawl from 1 up to 30 and the tool follows internal links from your starting URL, checking the outgoing links on each page it finds. Use the homepage as your starting point for the broadest sweep of a small site.
An inbound link checker finds the sites linking to you, which is the opposite of this tool. Those are backlinks, and our free backlink checker reports them with referring domains, anchor text and domain rank. Use this tool for the links leaving your page and that one for the links arriving at it.
This free tool reads the links. If you would rather have someone audit the whole profile for you, here are a few honest reasons businesses hire me as their SEO and digital marketing consultant in India.
A list of 500 outbound links is easy to produce. Knowing which three are quietly leaking authority to a dead site is the work. I audit what each link is doing, not how many there are.
I started as a technical SEO trainee, not in a management seat, and I still do the link auditing myself. You get direct expertise, not a strategy handed to someone else to execute.
The outbound link checker you just used, I designed it, along with 22 other free SEO tools on this site. It is a direct look at how I read a link profile before you ever become a client.
Unattributed sponsored links are a link scheme in Google's own words. Most sites have a few they have forgotten about. I find them and fix the attributes before they cost you.
Messages get a reply within 24 hours on business days, and WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me for anything urgent. You are not waiting in a support queue.
Outbound links get the attention, but internal links are where most sites waste authority. I map how it flows through your site and fix the dead ends.
"Chirag found we were linking out to two expired domains that had turned into spam. We had no idea. He cleaned up the whole outbound profile and the affected pages recovered within weeks."
"His link audit found affiliate links across our blog with no sponsored attribute, going back years. He fixed the lot. That is the kind of thing you only catch if you actually look."
"As a small business, we started with Chirag's free link tool, then hired him. Ranked Page 1 for our main terms within 3 months. Practical, no fluff, real value."
